Shrink Wrap
Shrink wrapped packaging is particularly useful on parts with certain finishes, such as Phosphate & Oil (PD) or other oiled parts in which tape will not stick.
Packaging Code – R01
Tape Stacked
Rings are stacked on top of one another, and taped into position. These cartridges can be used to feed automated assembly equipment for easier, more efficient installation.
Packaging Code – S
Rod Stacked
These parts are to be stacked and held in place with a flat metal rod. The cartridge can be inserted into a ring dispenser which in conjunction with an applicator, resulting in an easier and more efficient ring installation.
Packaging Code – W01
Rings on Wire
This packaging option eliminates the issue of mixed parts that need sorting. This packaging option can also result in increased efficiency by reducing handling time and also yielding a flatter part.
