Family Owned, Engineering Minded
From humble beginnings, Robert Slass founded Rotor Clip in 1957 in Farmingdale, NY in a 2,000 sq-ft facility. Building a foundation that was intended to grow to new heights, Robert’s commitment to Rotor Clip led to the growth of a global company with warehousing, manufacturing, and technical support strategically implemented around the world. Since then, Jonathan Slass and Craig Slass have taken over the daily operations of the company.
Today, the company manufactures retaining ring, wave springs and hose clamps in a 238,000 square foot facility in Somerset, NJ. Rotor Clip also has operations in Sheffield, England, Idstein, Germany, The Czech Republic, and Shanghai, China – providing worldwide service to our customers.
Recognized worldwide, Rotor Clip has received numerous quality awards from major OEMs, automotive manufacturers, and distributors. Rotor Clip is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, AS9100 and ISO 13485.
