Vertically Integrated Manufacturing 

 All parts are produced using stamping or coiling processes, giving full control over geometry and tolerances. Rotor Clip manufactures every part fully in-house, including heat treating, deburring, phosphating and more, maintaining complete control from prototype to production. Spiral Rings and wave springs are made from European-sourced raw materials, minimising scrap and allowing rapid design changes without additional tooling, supporting efficient, flexible production. 

 This end-to-end approach ensures consistency and reliability and enables rapid adaptation for design changes and faster turnaround. By keeping all core processes in-house, specialised requests can be accommodated within the same workflow, allowing standard production to continue uninterrupted while urgent or unique orders are fulfilled. 

Warehousing & Supply Chain 

Rotor Clip maintains warehouses in the United Kingdom, and the Czech Republic to support regional inventory and reduce reliance on overseas logistics. At our European manufacturing hub, both raw materials and finished goods are stocked to shorten transit times, strengthen production planning, and meet long-term supply commitments. Locally consolidated inventory reduces supply chain risk, helps minimize delays, and supports sustainability goals by lowering transportation distances.
