How to add this to Outlook
Classic Outlook (Windows):
1) Select your correct office and signature type at the top of this page
2) Enter your details and click Copy Signature
3) Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures
4) Create two signatures:

Settings (⚙️) → Mail → Compose and reply → paste the signature → Save.
