 How Rotor Clip’s Water Treatment Process Works: 

1. Equalization 

This involves collecting the water from various sources and combining it into a single treatment system. This step creates a uniform composition of water that can be effectively treated. To achieve equalization, various techniques such as mixing, settling, and aeration are employed. These processes help in homogenizing the water composition and preparing it for the subsequent treatment steps. 

2. Neutralization  

Next, the water undergoes the neutralization process that adjusts the pH of the water to a neutral range. The purpose of neutralization is to remove any acidity or alkalinity present in the water and bring it to a neutral state.  This is achieved by adjusting the water’s acidity or alkalinity using safe methods, playing a crucial role in ensuring that the water is suitable for subsequent treatment steps. By bringing the pH to a neutral range, we create an optimal environment for the removal of impurities and contaminants.  

3. Floatation  

This step involves using flotation agents to remove suspended solids and contaminants from the water. During the floatation process, small air bubbles are introduced into the water, which attach to the suspended solids. These air bubbles cause the solids to float to the surface of the water, where they can be easily skimmed off or removed. This separation results in a cleaner and clearer water source.  

4. Precipitation  

 During the precipitation process, safe agents are used to react with dissolved contaminants, triggering the formation of solid particles, referred to as precipitates. These reactions cause the contaminants to form solid particles, which can then be easily separated from the water effectively removing dissolved contaminants, such as heavy metals and organic compounds, from the water. This results in a cleaner and safer water source for further treatment and processing. 

5. Filter Press 

The filter press process is the final step in the water treatment process at Rotor Clip. This step involves filter presses to separate the remaining solid particles from the water. Water is passed through a series of filters that trap the solid particles, collected and reused or discharged, depending on the requirements.
