• Specially processed premium grade spring wire, hardened and austempered to meet performance requirements specified.
• Selected sizes are available in Stainless Steel. Inquire for availablity.

Finish:

• Peen-Plate Zinc (non-electolytic process) .0002 minimum thickness plus dichromate treatment

Double Wire (DW) Hose Clamps

Material:

• SAE 1060 - 1075
• Specially processed premium grade spring wire, hardened and austempered to meed performance requirements specified.

Constant Tension Band (CTB) Hose Clamps

Material:

• SAE 1074 (Material Code ST)
• Chrome Vanadium - DIN 17222, JIS G 4802 (Material Code CV)

Finish:

• Zinc Rich Paint - Magni 511 finish offering 480 hours salt spray protection per ASTM B117. It is a chrome-free duplex coating system that combines an inorganic zinc-righ basecoat with an organic topcoat.
